These are two-man apartments (about 50 sq.m. of total area). The apartment premises arranged on two levels: on the first floor (about 25 sq.m.) – a guestroom and a bedroom, they are separated by a decorative glass wall; in the basement, on the ground floor (about 25 sq.m.) – a spacious plumbing unit (7-8 sq.m.) with a bathroom, a kitchen and a restroom (about 17 sq.m.) with a double sofa–bed and a wardrobe.
The apartments have 2 satellite television ports (in each room), an air-conditioner, wireless Internet connection, a refrigerator, a safe deposit box, automated locks, an alarm system. There is a kitchen in the apartments equipped an electric cooker, a kettle and a refrigerator. The room walls of the apartments are decorated with paintings of Palanga artist Rytis Jurgelis.
Guestrooms of the apartments have separate exits to the villa’s yard (in the southern part) wherein guests can relax in terraces designed for each apartment.
A 2+2 accommodation variant is possible. In such a case, additional places are offered on a double sofa-bed in a restroom on a ground floor.
