These are two-man apartments (about 45-50 sq.m. of total area). The apartment premises arranged on two levels: on the second floor of the building (about 25 sq.m.) – a guestroom and a kitchen (with an electric cooker, a kettle, a refrigerator), a double sofa-bed, TV, a wardrobe and glassed stairs leading to the attic. The attic (about 22 sq.m.) comprises a spacious plumbing unit (7-8 sq.m.) with a bathroom and a bedroom (about 17 sq.m.) with TV.
The apartments have 2 satellite television ports (in each room), an air-conditioner, wireless Internet connection, a refrigerator, a safe deposit box, automated locks, an alarm system. There is a kitchen in the apartments equipped an electric cooker, a kettle and a refrigerator. The room walls of the apartments are decorated with paintings of Palanga artist Rytis Jurgelis.
Guestrooms are with small balconies with a view to the south.
A 2+2+1 accommodation variant is possible. In such a case, additional two places are offered on a comfortable double sofa-bed and an additional one place on a mobile collapsible bed.
