   Two-man apartments (about 45 sq.m. of a total area). The premises of the apartments arranged on two levels: on the second floor of the building (about 25 sq.m.) – a guestroom with a mini-kitchen (a microwave stove, a kettle, a refrigerator), a plumbing unit with a shower, a double sofa-bed, TV, a wardrobe and glassed stairs leading to the attic. The attic (about 22 sq.m.) comprises two bedrooms with TV, in one of which there is a double bed, in another – two single divan-beds.
 

   The apartments have 2 satellite television ports (in each room), an air-conditioner, wireless Internet connection, a refrigerator, a safe deposit box, automated locks, an alarm system. There is a minikitchen in the apartments equipped a microwave oven, a kettle and a refrigerator. The room walls of the apartments are decorated with paintings of Palanga artist Rytis Jurgelis. 

   The apartments have a French balcony with a view to the north.

 

   A 2+4 accommodation variant is possible: additional places offered on a comfortable double sofa-bed in a guestroom and on two divan-beds in a separate room.
