   Simple but yet luxurious, modern, classical, memorable and impressive “Smilciu” Villa was founded in 2008 in a unique western part of Palanga. The building and finish works of  the villa had continued for two years, starting from 2006, applying the up-to-date architectural solutions, materials, and involving the most skilled architects, artists and designers.

 

    We had been building the “Smilciu” Villa intending it to bring unforgettable impressions into your  daily life so that after coming back home you would always remember the time spent in Palanga as an exciting  experience.

 

   The villa offers rest to the whole family – the spacious apartments comprise a kitchen, balconies, separate passageways into yards. The first floor apartments have terraces and enclosed yards, while the second floor apartments are with balconies. We have thought of our little guests – there is an exciting playground in the spot.

  

   Specially for the “Smilciu“ Villa artist Rytas Jurgelis created a collection of paintings that decorate each room of the villa.
