The villa is situated at the crossroad of Smilciu and Zveju Streets, near the sea – about 3-5 minutes walk through the pine forest. Access to the common beach, nearby – the women beach area. The center of Palanga and spots where main events and shows take place, and Basanaviciaus Street – in about 7-10 minutes walk.
The villa was founded in 2008 in a four-storey building. It offers accommodation in one of 19 modern and luxuriously equipped rooms.
 In each room – a satellite television, an air-conditioner, wireless Internet connection, refrigerators, safety deposit boxes, automated locks, an alarm system. All rooms are equipped with a mini-kitchen. Villa’s premises, rooms and apartments are decorated with paintings of artist Rytas Jurgelis.
The building has a modern exterior wherein state-of-the-art materials were used. There is a parking lot with 16 parking spaces arranged throughout the whole underground area of the building.
The site comprises an enclosed yard for relaxation, a playground and a café terrace.
